Vijay Deverakonda’s film, “The Family Star,” was released in theaters on April 5. Despite high expectations, the movie unfortunately failed at the box office. Directed by Parasuram, this film marks the second collaboration between the actor and director after “Geetha Govindam.”
Now, after 11 weeks, the Hindi version of “The Family Star” is available on Jio Cinemas with English subtitles. Meanwhile, the original Telugu version is already available on Amazon Prime Video. Vijay Deverakonda has a strong following in the Northern states, so it will be interesting to see how the Hindi audience will receive this film.
Mrunal Thakur plays the female lead. Produced by Dil Raju under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, the movie also features Abhinaya, Vasuki, Rohini Hattangadi, Ravi Babu, and Vennela Kishore in pivotal roles. The music is composed by Gopi Sundar. Stay tuned for more updates.
