Narsingi police in Hyderabad have filed a case against actor Raj Tarun following evidence provided by his former lover, Lavanya. Lavanya has accused Raj Tarun of cheating her after agreeing to marry her.
The police have registered a case against Raj Tarun under Sections 420, 506, and 493 of the Indian Penal Code, which involve cheating and deceptively establishing a belief in a legitimate marriage.
Lavanya submitted a hospital admission document from when she had an abortion, alleging that Raj Tarun coerced her into the procedure and forced her to admit under an alias. She also provided evidence of trips they took together using these alias names.
The abortion issue could result in serious legal trouble for Raj Tarun.
Lavanya further stated that she has sufficient evidence to prove that they lived together from 2012 until recently. Raj Tarun made his acting debut with “Uyyala Jampala” in 2013.
