Tollywood star NTR’s pan-India action drama Devara continues to dominate box offices worldwide, especially in the twin Telugu states. As the second weekend unfolds, the film posted impressive numbers on Saturday.
In the Nizam region alone, Devara raked in a solid Rs 1.54 crore share (excluding GST), bringing the total 9-day Nizam share to Rs 44.87 crore (excluding GST). The film is steadily moving towards the prestigious Rs 50 crore club in this key region. Across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the movie amassed a staggering Rs 115.95 crore share (excluding GST) in its 9-day theatrical run.
Directed by Koratala Siva and produced by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Mikkilineni Sudhakar, and Kosaraju Hari Krishna, Devara also features Bollywood stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles. Anirudh Ravichander’s powerful soundtrack is being praised as one of the standout elements of this high-budget entertainer.
