Keerthy Suresh has been away from Telugu cinema for a while, with her last Telugu film being Bhola Shankar in 2023. Since then, she has been actively working in Tamil and Hindi films. On the personal front, the actress tied the knot last year, and her wedding, along with other industry commitments, kept her from signing new Telugu projects.
However, Keerthy is now shifting her focus back to Telugu cinema and has been receiving several exciting opportunities. Recently, director Venu Yeldandi narrated the Yellamma story to her, and she has reportedly responded positively. Additionally, she is in talks for a film with Vijay Deverakonda, directed by Ravi Kiran Kola and backed by Dil Raju’s production house.
Dil Raju recently revealed the title of this project as Rowdy Janardhan. Keerthy Suresh is expected to play the lead role in both Yellamma and Rowdy Janardhan, both of which are under Dil Raju’s banner. These projects mark a significant opportunity for her to make a strong comeback in Telugu cinema.
