Pooja Hegde has given all her energy to her recently released movie Retro. Her hopes on Retro for a strong comeback in South cinema, has been left disappointed as the film failed to create the hype which it deserved. The movie starring Suriya in a lead role, was able to generate a small amount at the box office.
This has happened because of negative reviews. The movie was directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Retro was expected to revive Pooja’s fading presence in the Telugu and Tamil industries.
With Retro, Pooja Hegde delivered the seventh flop in a row. Before Retro, big-ticket films like Radhe Shyam, Beast, Acharya, Cirkus, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, and Deva also tarnished her image to a huge extent.
The movie did not got a positive word of mouth. People who wanted to see the shine of the actress were disappointed by her.
while Vijay’s Jana Nayagan should help her in saving for the star heroine throne. No one knows what is in the future , but Pooja needs a solid comeback to save her shine in the industry.
