With the May 9, 2024, release date looming closer, the entire team behind Kalki 2898 AD is putting in immense effort to ensure its success. Directed by Nag Ashwin and featuring the pan-Indian star Prabhas alongside the stunning Deepika Padukone, this futuristic epic is being crafted on a monumental scale.
Despite online rumors suggesting a special glimpse release on March 8, 2024, coinciding with the Maha Shivaratri festival, reliable sources have confirmed that the team currently has no such immediate plans. Instead, they intend to allocate more time to kickstart promotional activities for the movie, with any official announcements to be made through their social media channels.
Apart from Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, the star-studded cast boasts industry veterans such as Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan, along with talents like Disha Patani, Rajendra Prasad, and Pasupathy. Vyjayanthi Movies is providing financial backing for the project, with Santhosh Narayanan composing the score.
