After the setback of “Extra Ordinary Man,” Nithiin has shifted his focus to his next project, “Thammudu.” Directed by Venu Sriram, renowned for his work on “Bheemla Nayak,” the film features Saptami Gowda from “Kantara” fame as the female lead.
Confirming her presence, Varsha Bollamma from “Ooru Peru Bhairavakona” will also play a significant role, although not a full-length one. An official announcement regarding her role is on the brink.
Joining the ensemble, veteran actress Laya portrays Nithiin’s sister in the movie, which is presently shooting at RFC, Hyderabad. The current schedule witnessed the filming of a high-energy fight sequence costing a staggering Rs. 8 crores.
