Bollywood star Alia Bhatt’s latest action thriller, Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala, explores a sister’s relentless mission to rescue her brother from a foreign prison. However, there’s a new opportunity for Jigra to connect with audiences as it prepares for its OTT release. Netflix has officially announced that the film will start streaming on December 6, 2024. It will be available in its original Hindi version, with no plans for dubbed releases.
The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Vedang Raina, Manoj Pahwa, Rahul Ravindran, and more. Featuring music by Achint Thakkar and Manpreet Singh, Jigra is produced by Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Apoorva Mehta, Shaheen Bhatt, and Somen Mishra. With its digital debut, the movie aims to reach a wider audience and potentially gain the appreciation it missed in theaters.
