The decision follows a tragic stampede incident during the premiere of Pushpa 2, which resulted in the death of a woman. Reacting strongly, the government filed a case against Allu Arjun, leading to his recent detention. Addressing the Telangana Assembly, the Chief Minister emphasized that no film would receive special privileges moving forward.
Industry attention has now turned to Dil Raju, the newly appointed Chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation, who is expected to negotiate with the government.
