Pushpa 2: The Rule, Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s highly anticipated pan-India action drama, is set for a grand theatrical release on December 5. As part of its promotions, the Wildfire pre-release event took place in Chennai, drawing thousands of fans and featuring the film’s cast and crew.
During the event, Allu Arjun delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing his gratitude to his fans and his deep connection to Chennai, where he spent 20 years of his life. “Chennai is like home to me,” said the National Award-winning actor. “Whatever I achieve in life, I dedicate it to Chennai.”
He went on to praise Mythri Movie Makers, the production house behind Pushpa 2, saying, “No other production house could have executed Pushpa 2 the way they did. Without them, there’s no Pushpa.” Allu Arjun also extended his appreciation to the film’s team, including music director Devi Sri Prasad (DSP), co-stars Rashmika Mandanna and Sreeleela, and director Sukumar, whom he credited for transforming his life and described as a “sincere filmmaker.”
The actor concluded with a rousing tribute to his fans, calling them his “army” and thanking them for their unwavering support. Promising an unforgettable cinematic experience, he stated, “Your patience for Pushpa 2 will not go wasted. I will ignite wildfire in all your hearts on December 5.”
