Megastar Chiranjeevi’s next big-screen venture, Vishwambhara, is gearing up for a grand release, and expectations are already sky-high. This upcoming Telugu socio-fantasy drama is helmed by director Vassishta Mallidi and stars Trisha Krishnan as the female lead.
Actress Ashika Ranganath, who plays a pivotal role in the film, recently opened up about her character and on-set experience. She revealed that she will be portraying a warrior princess in this high-budget fantasy project.
“This is my first time acting in a blue/green matte setup,” Ashika shared. “On a physical set, you can sense and react to the environment. But here, I had no idea what the backdrop would look like. It was definitely challenging, but Chiranjeevi sir made the entire process smooth. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and stays current with all the latest filmmaking techniques. He helped us visualize each scene with clarity.”
Joining Chiranjeevi, Trisha, and Ashika are a stellar cast including Kunal Kapoor, Ramya Pasupuleti, Esha Chawla, and Ashrita Vemuganti Nanduri, all playing crucial roles in the film. Vishwambhara is being bankrolled by UV Creations, a banner known for delivering visual spectacles.
Adding to the excitement, Oscar-winning music maestro MM Keeravaani is composing the film’s score, promising a powerful and immersive musical experience.
Taking things to an international level, producer Vikram Reddy is promoting Vishwambhara on the global stage. A special book about the film has been launched at the prestigious Cannes 2025 Film Festival, creating a wave of curiosity and excitement among international audiences.
