Kollywood sensation Siva Karthikeyan unveils his latest venture, the science fiction action thriller “Ayalaan.” Directed by R. Ravi Kumar, the film initially had a slow start at the box office but gained momentum, drawing significant numbers, especially from family audiences. Notably, “Ayalaan” endured a prolonged production phase, grappling with multiple delays primarily due to extensive VFX requirements.
Building anticipation, the OTT platform Sun NXT has at last disclosed the digital release date for the movie. Audiences can mark their calendars for February 9th, when “Ayalaan” will make its much-awaited debut on the digital platform. While details regarding dubbed versions remain uncertain, it’s worth noting that the Telugu release faced setbacks due to legal issues, prompting speculation of a direct OTT release for the dubbed version.
Starring opposite Siva Karthikeyan is the talented Rakul Preet Singh in the female lead role. “Ayalaan” is bankrolled by Kotapadi J Rajesh under the esteemed banner of KJR Studios. The film boasts a stellar supporting cast featuring Sharad Kelkar, Isha Koppikar, Bhanu Priya, and the ever-popular Yogi Babu in prominent roles.
