The much-awaited reunion of Tollywood star Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Sreenu is officially here with their fourth collaboration. The filmmakers have revealed the title Akhanda 2: Thaandavam, a sequel to the blockbuster Akhanda, during a formal pooja ceremony. Anticipation is running high, especially after the massive success of the first part.
In a strategic move, Akhanda 2: Thaandavam will have a simultaneous Hindi release, capitalizing on the overwhelming response the original film garnered from northern audiences. The movie is produced by Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta under the 14 Reels Plus banner, with Nandamuri Tejeswini presenting the project. Thaman, who composed the music for the first film, will return to helm the soundtrack for the sequel.
Filming is expected to begin soon, with further updates to follow as the project progresses. Fans are eagerly waiting to see Balakrishna back in action for what promises to be yet another high-octane entertainer!
