Her father, Ramesh Shetty, is from Mulki, and her late mother, Kushala, was from Thalipady Guthu, Kinnigoli. She completed her schooling at Sri Narayana Guru English Medium School and pursued pre-university studies at St. Aloysius Pre-University College in Mangalore. Srinidhi graduated with distinction in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jain University, Bangalore.

Srinidhi’s foray into modeling began during her tenure as a software engineer at Accenture. She participated in various beauty pageants, securing titles such as Miss Karnataka and Miss Beautiful Smile at Manappuram Miss South India 2015.
