Popular actor Nithiin is set to collaborate with comedian-turned-director Venu Tillu for an exciting new project titled Yellamma. Venu, who made a remarkable debut with the critically acclaimed rural drama Balagam, is gearing up to direct this much-anticipated film, which is scheduled to commence production in the summer.
Adding to the excitement, renowned Bollywood music composer duo Ajay-Atul has been brought on board to compose the soundtrack for Yellamma. Their return to Tollywood has sparked nostalgia among fans and filmmakers alike. Director Harish Shankar, who worked with Ajay-Atul in his debut film Shock (2006), took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his sentiments. He wrote, “Ajay-Atul my first Music Directors. And the first song is Madhuram Madhuram. Written by Legend Veturi. Good to see them back in TFI.”
Ajay-Atul gained recognition in Telugu cinema with their work in Shock and later impressed audiences with their title track for Prabhas’ Adipurush. Their involvement in Yellamma has already created a buzz, and reports suggest that the duo might also be composing music for Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming film directed by Rahul Sankrityan.
