In an unfortunate incident, popular Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi was injured on the set of Adivi Sesh’s highly anticipated pan-India spy thriller G2 on Monday. Thankfully, Emraan only sustained minor injuries below the neck and is recovering well.
The mishap occurred during the filming of an intense action scene in Hyderabad. Emraan received immediate medical attention on set and will take a brief break from shooting. Meanwhile, the G2 team is set to begin an overseas schedule soon.
G2, the sequel to Adivi Sesh’s acclaimed 2018 spy thriller Goodhachari, marks the directorial debut of Vinay Kumar. The film is being jointly produced by People Media Factory, AK Entertainments, and Abhishek Agrawal Arts, with a slated release in 2025.
