Prabhas and Disha Patani were recently spotted in Italy, capturing moments amidst the filming of their upcoming sci-fi drama, Kalki 2898 AD. The duo, along with the entire film unit, embarked on a journey to Italy to shoot a song sequence for the highly-anticipated movie.
In Kalki 2898 AD, Prabhas takes on the role of the titular character, Kalki, while details surrounding Disha Patani’s character remain shrouded in mystery. Director Nag Ashwin has hinted at the film’s deep-rooted connections to ancient scriptures, including a link to the Mahabharata. He further revealed that the storyline spans an impressive 6,000 years.
Joining Prabhas and Disha Patani are legendary actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and the stunning Deepika Padukone, among others, in pivotal roles.
