A case has been filed against YouTuber Praneeth Hanumantu for allegedly making inappropriate comments about a young girl during a live show. The case was initiated following a tweet by actor Sai Dharam Tej, who shared the video and called on authorities to take action against the YouTuber and others involved.
Telangana DGP Ravi Gupta responded to the complaint, confirming that an FIR has been registered for the inappropriate comments made about the child, and assured that strict actions will follow.
“We are committed to protecting all citizens, especially children. Offenders misusing social media for humor will face justice, and our team is diligently identifying them. The Telangana Government and Police will intensify efforts to raise awareness about child safety and responsible social media use,” he stated.
