It is a day of deep sorrow for senior Tollywood producer Mallemaala Shyam Prasad Reddy and his family, as his beloved wife, M. Varalakshmi, passed away last night at 8:25 PM. She was 62.
Varalakshmi garu bravely fought her battle with cancer, displaying immense courage and resilience until her final moments. She leaves behind her husband, Shyam Prasad Reddy garu, and their two daughters, Deepthi and Maithri. Varalakshmi garu was also the daughter of the late Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy garu.
Her passing has left an indescribable void, bringing a profound sense of loss and sadness to all who knew her. The final rites will be held today at 3 PM at Maha Prasthanam in Hyderabad.
