Janhvi Kapoor made her much-anticipated Telugu debut in Devara, starring Jr NTR in the lead role, directed by Koratala Siva, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. However, fans of Janhvi were left disappointed due to her limited screen time in the film. She appears in just two scenes and one song, which fell short of expectations.
Adding to the discontent, the song Daavudi was omitted from the film entirely. Despite this, Janhvi’s performance in the song Chuttamalle was appreciated, with her glamor shining through.
There are reports suggesting that Janhvi will have a more significant role in the film’s sequel. However, with the second part still a while away, her limited presence in Devara has left many of her fans unsatisfied.
