Top Tollywood star NTR is storming box offices worldwide with his latest action drama, Devara. The film has already recovered over 70% of its investment in the Telugu states and is closing in on the breakeven point in the USA and other overseas markets. The Nizam region is experiencing a surge in Devara mania, with the film breaking records daily. Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara debuted on September 27 with an impressive Rs 19.32 crore share in the Nizam region and maintained its strong performance throughout its first weekend.
On Sunday alone, Devara raked in Rs 6.78 crore in the Nizam area, bringing the film’s 3-day opening weekend total to Rs 33.04 crore (excluding GST). As the weekdays begin, it will be interesting to see how Devara continues to perform at the box office.
The film features Bollywood stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles, with production by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Mikkilineni Sudhakar, and Kosaraju Hari Krishna.
