Macho star Gopichand is all set to entertain audiences with his upcoming action-comedy entertainer Viswam, directed by Sreenu Vaitla. The film is slated for a grand release tomorrow, generating buzz among fans. Gopichand was last seen in the action-packed Bhimaa, helmed by Kannada director A. Harsha. During the promotions of Viswam, the actor candidly addressed the failure of Bhimaa.
Reflecting on Bhimaa, Gopichand shared, “I had full confidence in the movie, but I knew from the start that one particular aspect wouldn’t work. As I predicted, that element backfired, overshadowing the rest of the film, which was otherwise well-made. We were aware that specific block was a mistake.”
He also commented on his previous film Ramabanam, admitting, “I knew from the very beginning that it wouldn’t work.”
Now, Gopichand is hopeful that Viswam will turn things around and deliver a hit. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad of People Media Factory, Viswam features Kavya Thapar as the female lead. Fans eagerly await to see if Gopichand can break the chain of setbacks with his latest offering. All eyes are on the film’s release to see if it lives up to the expectations.
