Despite facing tough competition from other major releases like Mahesh Babu’s ‘Guntur Kaaram’ and Nagarjuna’s ‘Naa Saami Ranga,’ ‘HanuMan’ has generated significant buzz for its unique storyline. The pre-release event, graced by megastar Chiranjeevi in Hyderabad on January 7, added to the excitement.
However, the clash with rival films has presented challenges in securing screens in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Despite this, the pre-release business details have been unveiled, revealing an impressive worldwide collection of Rs 26.65 crore.
As the film hits theaters, the break-even target is set at Rs 27.50 crore. Notably, the Nizam region plays a crucial role in the pre-release business, contributing Rs 7.15 crore, with an additional seeding of Rs 4 crore by the makers in the state. In Andhra Pradesh, the pre-release business amounts to Rs 9.50 crore, bringing the total for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to Rs 20.65 crore. The remaining regions of India contribute Rs 2 crore to the pre-release business, while overseas collections reach an impressive Rs 4 crore.
