Kiran Abbavaram’s latest release K Ramp continues its decent run at the box office, maintaining stability even after five days of release. The film, which opened to mixed reviews, has managed to find its audience gradually, especially among youth and mass centres.
On Day 5, K Ramp collected around ₹1.35 crore (net) across India, taking its total domestic collection to approximately ₹11.5 crore. The film’s performance has been steady over the weekdays, showing only a minimal drop from its weekend numbers. With positive word-of-mouth slowly spreading, trade experts believe that the movie could achieve breakeven by the end of its first week.
Directed by debutant filmmaker Vinayak S, K Ramp is a youthful action drama that blends romance, ambition, and emotion. Kiran Abbavaram’s energetic performance and Yukti Thareja’s charm have received praise from the audience. The background score and action sequences have also added strength to the film’s appeal.
Made on an estimated budget of around ₹12 crore, K Ramp is close to recovering its investment. The film’s producers are also eyeing good returns from its upcoming OTT release, which is expected to be announced soon.
If the film maintains this steady pace through the week, K Ramp could turn out to be another moderate success for Kiran Abbavaram, who continues to build a solid fan base with his relatable stories and youthful screen presence.
