Kalki 2899 AD, the high-budget sci-fi drama starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, has unleashed a box office storm since its release on June 27. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film has shattered numerous records in its opening weekend and shows no signs of slowing down.
On Monday, July 1, Kalki grossed an impressive Rs 70 crore worldwide, marking the highest Monday collection ever for a Telugu movie. With a cumulative gross of approximately Rs 625 crore in just five days, Kalki has now joined the elite Rs 600 crore club and is on track to approach the coveted Rs 1,000 crore mark. Featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Sobhana, Disha Patani, Anna Ben, Pasupathy, and other prominent stars, this blockbuster is produced by Ashwini Dutt and features music by Santhosh Narayanan.
