National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh has officially signed her first film after her marriage, putting an end to speculation about her next project. Though she had been approached for several roles recently, most remained in the discussion stage. Now, she’s locked in a major Bollywood film.
According to leading Bollywood media reports, Keerthy Suresh will share screen space with acclaimed actor Rajkummar Rao in a socially driven drama centered around the Indian education system. In the film, Keerthy will be seen playing the role of a passionate educator—a character expected to strike a strong emotional chord with audiences.
This project marks Keerthy’s second Hindi film, following her debut in Baby John, which unfortunately didn’t fare well at the box office. However, despite the film’s performance, Keerthy has made a solid impression and secured another opportunity in Bollywood.

Keerthy tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Antony Thattil in a traditional ceremony held in Goa in December 2024. Shortly after the wedding, she returned to promote Baby John, showcasing her commitment to her career even amidst personal celebrations.
In addition to her upcoming Bollywood film, Keerthy Suresh is reportedly in advanced talks for two Telugu projects, one of which pairs her opposite Suriya under the direction of Venky Atluri.
