Her team confirmed that Kiara had not been hospitalized but had been advised to take rest due to exhaustion from her continuous work schedule. The event’s emcee had previously announced that Kiara could not attend due to her hospitalization, but no further details on her illness were provided.
In Game Changer, Kiara stars alongside Ram Charan. The film’s teaser, recently unveiled in Lucknow, showcased Ram Charan’s transition from an academic to an action hero, featuring intense fight sequences and a romantic angle with Kiara. Directed by S Shankar, the film is set in the political landscape, following the story of an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer who takes on corrupt politicians and fights for fair elections. Game Changer is set to release on January 10.
On the personal front, Kiara is married to actor Sidharth Malhotra. The couple tied the knot on February 7, 2023, in Rajasthan, after falling in love during the filming of Shershaah.
