Kollywood actor Ajith Kumar has recently left fans and the industry in awe with his dramatic physical transformation. The star, who appeared notably lean in his latest blockbuster film Good Bad Ugly, has turned heads with his impressive new look.
Ajith, who had faced criticism over his fitness in recent times, opened up about his journey towards regaining peak physical form. Speaking about his transformation, he revealed, “The day I decided to return to racing, I knew I had to become fit again.” Over the past eight months—from August 2024 to now—Ajith has shed an astonishing 42 kilograms.
He credited his transformation to a disciplined lifestyle that included a combination diet, strict portion control, and regular physical activities such as swimming and cycling. In addition, he adopted a completely vegetarian lifestyle and gave up alcohol, becoming a full-time teetotaler.
Ajith emphasized that his renewed focus on fitness was driven by his passion for endurance racing, which he described as physically and mentally demanding. “To give my best in racing, I must dedicate myself completely. That’s exactly what I’ve done,” he added.
His inspiring journey has not only silenced critics but also reignited admiration among his fans, proving once again that determination and discipline can bring about remarkable change.
