Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala got engaged on August 8 in a private ceremony at Nagarjuna’s Hyderabad home. The engagement was announced by superstar Nagarjuna, who shared photos from the event and extended his blessings to the couple.
But how did their love story start? It began months after Naga Chaitanya’s split from Samantha Ruth Prabhu. In May 2022, Chaitanya and Sobhita were first spotted together in Hyderabad. At the time, Sobhita was in the city to promote her film “Major” and celebrate her birthday on May 31. Naga Chaitanya joined the celebrations, marking the beginning of their friendship, which soon blossomed into romance.
Over the past two years, their relationship grew stronger as they spent time together, including holidays. Although they kept their relationship private, news of their engagement emerged late Wednesday night.
