Nani’s Hi Nanna, which emerged as a box-office sensation last year, is now basking in the glory of its victory lap of awards. The English version of the film, titled ‘Hi Dad,’ has clinched the esteemed accolade for Best Feature Film at the renowned Athens International Art Film Festival in its March 2024 edition.

Having captivated audiences and performed commendably at the box office, Hi Nanna marked Nani’s second triumph of 2023 following Dasara. The film garnered praise for Nani’s stellar portrayal and its seamless fusion of emotional storytelling and drama. With this prestigious award under its belt, expectations are soaring for Hi Nanna to clinch further honors in the upcoming awards season.

Director Shouryuv crafted the movie into a wholesome family entertainer brimming with heartfelt emotions. Nani delivered one of his finest performances in the film, alongside stellar acts by Mrunal Thakur and Kiara Khanna. Vyra Entertainments spearheaded the project, complemented by a chart-topping soundtrack composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.

Hi Nanna also made waves during its digital premiere, premiering on Netflix in January in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The romantic drama not only generated immense anticipation in Telugu but also resonated strongly with audiences in other languages.
