The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on June 9, 2022, in Mahabalipuram, with many film stars in attendance, including Rajinikanth and Shah Rukh Khan. In October 2022, they welcomed their twin sons, Uyir and Ulag, via surrogacy.
On the work front, Nayanthara is currently filming Dear Students, a Malayalam movie directed by debutants Sandeep Kumar and George Philip.
