Their attendance at Aaliyah’s wedding is believed to be linked to Sobhita’s close association with Anurag Kashyap, who played a pivotal role in her acting career. Anurag introduced Sobhita to the world of cinema with his 2016 crime thriller ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’ and later collaborated with her on Netflix India’s 2020 horror anthology ‘Ghost Stories.’
Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s own wedding was a traditional Telugu ceremony held at the iconic Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Surrounded by family and close friends, the couple’s nuptials celebrated their cultural heritage. Sobhita opted for a gold Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari, paired with traditional temple jewelry, while Chaitanya wore a classic white traditional outfit. The couple’s first public appearance as newlyweds was during their visit to the Srisailam temple in Andhra Pradesh on December 6 to seek blessings.
Meanwhile, Aaliyah Kashyap’s wedding to her longtime partner Shane Gregoire was a grand affair. The couple tied the knot in a traditional ceremony in Mumbai, attended by family and close friends. Aaliyah and Shane, who got engaged in May 2023, exchanged vows in a heartwarming celebration filled with love and joy.
On the work front, Sobhita Dhulipala was last seen in ‘Love, Sitara,’ while Naga Chaitanya is gearing up for his next project, ‘Thandel.’
