There is immense anticipation for NTR and Ram Charan’s upcoming projects, Devara and Game Changer. Both films have been in production for quite some time and are set to hit the screens in the coming months.
After the success of RRR, NTR announced Devara with Koratala Siva, and Ram Charan revealed Game Changer with Shankar. Initially, many believed Ram Charan had chosen the better combination, given Shankar’s pan-India appeal, while Koratala Siva’s last project was Acharya.
However, with the disappointing performance of Indian 2, Shankar now finds himself in a similar position to Koratala Siva after Acharya. This puts both NTR and Ram Charan in similar situations, with their respective directors’ previous films not performing well at the box office, yet there are high expectations for their next projects despite the delays.
Game Changer also stars Kiara Advani, with Thaman composing the music. Devara features Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, with music by Anirudh. Devara will be released in two parts, with the first film hitting the screens on September 27, 2024.
