It’s already been confirmed that the much-awaited teaser of War 2 will be unveiled on Tuesday to celebrate NTR’s birthday. With the actor also currently filming for his upcoming project with director Prashanth Neel, fans were hoping for a special update or glimpse from that collaboration as well. However, there’s a slight letdown for NTR fans.
The makers of the NTR–Neel film have decided to hold off on releasing their planned glimpse, originally scheduled for May 20. Instead, they’ve chosen to let War 2 take center stage on NTR’s birthday.
In an official statement posted on social media, the team wrote:
“Dear fans, We know how eager you are to celebrate the man who’s given us countless reasons to cheer. With the War 2 content releasing, we felt it’s best to give it its moment and save the NTR-Neel MASS MISSILE glimpse for later. We’re fully giving this year’s birthday celebrations to War 2.”
NTR and Prashanth Neel’s high-octane action film, rumored to be titled Dragon, is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with NTR Arts. Meanwhile, War 2, which also stars Hrithik Roshan, is set for a grand release on August 14, where it will go head-to-head with Rajinikanth’s Coolie. Part of the YRF Spy Universe, War 2 promises to be a massive cinematic spectacle.
