Energetic star Ram Pothineni is teaming up with director Mahesh Babu (not to be confused with the actor) for an exciting new film, currently titled RAPO22. The movie features Bhagyashree Borse as the female lead and is already generating a buzz among fans with a major update.
In a surprise revelation, the makers have announced that Kannada superstar Upendra will be playing a key role in the film. This marks his return to Telugu cinema after his appearance in Varun Tej’s Ghani. While the makers unveiled a striking poster introducing Upendra’s character, Surya Kumar, they’ve chosen to keep details about his role tightly under wraps, building suspense around his involvement.
As a special treat for fans, the official title and first glimpse of RAPO22 will be unveiled on May 15, 2025, to celebrate Ram Pothineni’s birthday. Backed by the renowned production house Mythri Movie Makers, the film also boasts music by the talented composer duo Vivek–Marvin.
