“Pushpa 2: The Rule,” the latest Tollywood blockbuster, continues to dominate the box office. Starring National Award-winning actor Allu Arjun in the lead role, with Rashmika Mandanna portraying his on-screen wife, the film has emerged as a pan-Indian sensation. Directed by Sukumar, “Pushpa 2” has captured the attention of audiences across the nation.
Today, “Pushpa 2” is set to surpass the Rs. 1500 crore gross mark, further solidifying its status as a monumental hit. However, the film’s second Monday collections in the Hindi belt saw a notable dip. The movie earned Rs. 20.5 crore nett on the second Monday, which is less than half of its first Monday’s collection of Rs. 48 crore nett. While Monday collections typically experience a drop, the decline from the second Sunday’s Rs. 54 crore nett to the second Monday’s Rs. 20.5 crore nett has drawn attention.
Despite the dip, the Hindi version of “Pushpa 2” has amassed an impressive Rs. 582 crore nett so far. Industry analysts expect it to cross the Rs. 600 crore nett milestone in the coming days as collections are likely to pick up again.
