However, Pushpa 2 has proven the producers right, with the Hindi version alone already collecting over 350 Cr gross in its opening weekend. The film’s impressive advance bookings and strong performance have pushed expectations even higher. Industry insiders are now predicting a 40 Cr net collection for the Hindi version today, with the film on track to reach 700 Cr net in India. At this pace, the Hindi version of Pushpa 2 is set to easily cross the 1000 Cr mark.
