Date:

With just three days to go until the global release of Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s much-anticipated action drama Pushpa 2: The Rule, the film is shattering pre-sales records and setting new benchmarks in Indian cinema. The buzz around the sequel has propelled it into the elite club of the top three Indian movies with the highest pre-sale ticket numbers, following Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan and Pathaan.

According to recent reports, the Hindi version of Pushpa 2 sold over 1 lakh tickets in just 26 hours at leading multiplex chains across India. The film has already outperformed several major Bollywood releases, including Stree 2 (41K), Dunki (42K), Animal (52.5K), and Tiger 3 (65K), and now trails only Pathaan (117K) and Jawan (155K).

Globally, Pushpa 2 has crossed the ₹60 crore mark in pre-sales, with trade analysts predicting an unprecedented day-one worldwide gross that could rival or surpass RRR, Baahubali 2, and KGF 2.

Starring Allu Arjun alongside Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna, Pushpa 2 is backed by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, with a gripping soundtrack composed by Devi Sri Prasad. As excitement reaches fever pitch, the film is poised to deliver a historic box-office opening. Stay tuned for updates on this cinematic phenomenon.
