Amaran is a biographical film inspired by the courageous journey of Major Mukund Varadarajan, a decorated officer in the Indian Army. In a bid to connect more deeply with her role, Sai Pallavi has actively engaged in promoting the film, sharing insights in recent interviews. For the first time, she chose to dub her own Hindi lines, citing the importance of authentic emotional expression. Pallavi admitted her dissatisfaction with prior dubbing attempts and believes her voice will convey the character’s emotions more genuinely.
