After a two-year hiatus, Sharwanand returns with the light-hearted entertainer “Manamey.” Directed by Sriram Adittya, the film received mixed reviews from critics but performed decently at the box office. Krithi Shetty stars as the female lead, while the director’s son, Vikram Adittya, plays a significant role.
At the time of its release, the details regarding the OTT platform were not disclosed. However, it has now been confirmed that Prime Video has acquired the streaming rights to this romantic comedy. The exact OTT release date is yet to be announced, but the movie is expected to be available for streaming in a couple of weeks.
“Manamey” also features an ensemble cast including Raj Kandukuri, Tanikella Bharani, Rahul Ramakrishna, Rahul Ravindran, Ayesha Khan, Vennela Kishore, Tulasi, and Sachin Khedekar. The film is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, with music composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
