Siva Karthikeyan is gearing up for his next release, Amaran, which is based on true incidents and features Sai Pallavi as the female lead. During the film’s audio launch in Chennai, Siva Karthikeyan shared a valuable piece of advice he received from Thala Ajith after the failure of his previous film Prince.
Siva Karthikeyan recalled, “Two years ago, Prince was released during Diwali, and the reviews were quite bad. I knew the movie wouldn’t perform well, so I began reflecting on its mistakes. By evening, some even speculated that my career was over. That night, a friend invited me to a function, and to my surprise, Thala Ajith sir was present.”
He continued, “Ajith sir welcomed me with the words, ‘Welcome to the big league.’ I was confused at first, not understanding what he meant. He then explained that some people were celebrating my failure, but the same people would feel disappointed if I succeeded. His words really moved me.”
