Tamil actor Soori, renowned for his comedic roles, has transitioned to lead roles with great success. Following his massive blockbuster ‘Viduthalai,’ Soori’s recent village drama ‘Garudan’ has also been a tremendous hit, grossing over 50 crores at the worldwide box office and becoming one of the biggest hits in Tamil cinema for 2024.
The blockbuster action drama ‘Garudan’ is now gearing up for its digital release. Fans can expect to stream the film on Amazon Prime Video starting this Friday, June 28. An official announcement from the OTT platform is anticipated soon. ‘Garudan’ originally hit theaters in the last week of May.
The story for this rural entertainer was penned by star director Vetrimaaran, while R.S. Durai Senthilkumar helmed the direction. The film features significant roles played by M. Sasikumar, Unni Mukundan, and Roshini Haripriyan. It was jointly produced by Grass Root Film Company and K. Kumar’s Lark Studio, with music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
