Right from advance bookings, SVSC has proven its strong theatrical pull. In Hyderabad alone, pre-sales crossed ₹60 lakh, while Telugu states collectively registered around ₹1.2 crore in advance bookings. The worldwide advance bookings exceeded ₹1.5 crore, surpassing expectations and ensuring a successful re-release.
The film’s strong start indicates a positive trend, and its performance over the weekend will determine how big a hit this re-release becomes. Encouragingly, Saturday’s advance bookings are already promising. Had the film been released next week, leveraging the Holi holiday and the end of student exams, the numbers could have been even higher.
