Tollywood actress Hema has found herself in serious trouble after police raided a rave party in Bengaluru. Following the raid, Hema’s blood samples confirmed drug use, prompting authorities to issue notices for her to appear before the Special Crime Branch in Bengaluru. She initially skipped the investigation, citing health issues.
Today, Hema appeared before the Central Crime Branch in Bengaluru disguised in a burkha, a video of which has gone viral on social media. After conducting medical tests, the cops arrested her. During the May 19th raid, Hema attempted to mislead the police, but her blood sample was among the 86 that tested positive for drugs.
She claimed that viral fever prevented her from attending the earlier investigation. Bengaluru police plan to present Hema in court tomorrow morning and are expected to release a formal statement soon.
