Chiyaan Vikram’s Veera Dheera Sooran was a much awaited movie. But it failed to create a big buzz before the release. Due to many issues, it was having problems. Now the first week box office collection numbers are out.
The film collected around 27 Cr gross in Tamil Nadu, which is a highly disappointing number for a Vikram starrer. In Telugu, the film is a complete washout and was decent in Karnataka. The film has collected around 34 Cr gross in India, and it did very well in the Gulf and surrounding countries with 5 Cr gross.
Eid festival helped the film. But the movie cannot become a Blockbuster or hit. According to reports , it will be able to collect only 75 cr max in box office. It will also not be in the 100 cr list. The film has a lot of expectations but it cannot get the hype.
