As of July 22, 9:30 AM IST, Kingdom has grossed $56,183 from 303 shows across 149 locations in the USA. A total of 3,036 tickets have been sold for the premieres so far, signaling a positive trend ahead of release.
Trade experts believe that the numbers will see a significant rise in the coming days, especially with the full-fledged promotions kicking off.
Producer Naga Vamsi has already begun promotional activities for the film. Meanwhile, the team is gearing up for an aggressive marketing campaign starting this weekend to further amplify the buzz.
Reports suggest that a theme song, the highly awaited trailer, and a grand pre-release event are all lined up as part of the weekend promotions.
Directed by Gautham Tinnanuri, Kingdom features Vijay Deverakonda in the lead, alongside Bhagyashree Borse. The film is being jointly produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, with music by Anirudh Ravichander.
