Chiyaan Vikram’s highly anticipated film, “Thangalaan,” directed by Pa Ranjith, was originally scheduled for release on January 26, 2024. However, recent weeks have seen a surge in social media speculation regarding a possible rescheduling of its premiere.
The film’s creators have now officially confirmed the postponement, pushing the release date to April 2024 without specifying a particular day. Enthusiasts are keenly watching for a potential clash with Suriya’s “Kanguva,” and to validate this, further updates are expected in the upcoming weeks.
Starring Malavika Mohanan, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Pasupathy, Daniel Caltagirone, and others in pivotal roles, this pan-Indian production is produced by Studio Green in collaboration with Neelam Productions. “Thangalaan” is set to hit the screens in both 2D and 3D formats.
