Satya Dev’s Zebra, released last November, garnered decent word of mouth but struggled at the box office due to low pre-release buzz. Despite its average performance, the film has generated interest among audiences, and its OTT streaming details are now available.
The digital rights for Zebra have been acquired by Aha Video for both Telugu and Tamil languages. The film is set to premiere on the platform on December 20, providing an opportunity for viewers who missed it in theaters to catch it online.
Alongside Zebra, two other films, Mechanic Rocky and Devaki Nandana Vasudeva, were released during the same period but failed to make a mark at the box office. Vishwas Sen’s Mechanic Rocky was expected to revive his career but added to his string of underwhelming performances. Similarly, Ashok Galla’s Devaki Nandana Vasudeva, following his debut in Hero, failed to resonate with audiences.
With its OTT debut, Zebra has a chance to find a wider audience and win appreciation in the digital space.
