Aarti Ravi has released another statement addressing actor Ravi Mohan’s recent claims of abuse. While the couple’s divorce proceedings are currently under legal review, Ravi Mohan recently went public with allegations that his wife threw him out of their home without money or clothes. He also revealed that he is now living with singer Kenishaa Francis, crediting her for giving him the strength to move on.
Ravi, known for his role in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan, accused Aarti of physical, emotional, and financial abuse. However, Aarti has now broken her silence, strongly refuting the claims and suggesting that infidelity—not interference or finances—was the real cause behind their marital breakdown.
In her latest statement, Aarti hinted at Ravi’s alleged affair with Kenishaa Francis, without naming her directly. “It wasn’t money or meddling that broke us. It was a third person,” she wrote, alluding to a betrayal that she says damaged their marriage beyond repair.
“If he had truly escaped from ‘clutches,’ I only wish he had gone to his so-called estranged parents’ home. Instead, he knocked on a door that only brought more chaos. Let’s not mistake a rendezvous for a rescue mission dressed up as righteousness,” Aarti added in her post.
She further claimed that Ravi continued to live with her and celebrate anniversaries until she confronted him about the affair. It was only after she exposed his secret, she says, that he began making accusations of abuse and emotional isolation.
As the situation unfolds publicly, both parties continue to make serious allegations against each other, drawing widespread attention to their troubled relationship.
