After the blockbuster success of Baby, young actor Anand Deverakonda is being highly selective about his upcoming projects. He is currently filming for one project and has officially launched a new untitled film today in Hyderabad with much fanfare.
Directed by Aditya Haasan, known for his work in the 90s, this new entertainer had its pooja ceremony held earlier today. Adding charm to the event, top actress Rashmika Mandanna graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and formally launched the project.
Reuniting with his Baby co-star, Vaishnavi Chaitanya will play the female lead in the film, which promises to be a light-hearted entertainer. The regular shoot is set to begin in June.
The film is being jointly produced by Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas, and Srikara Studios. Several industry names, including Sivaji, Venky Atluri, and Kalyan Shankar, were present at the launch as special guests.
Music sensation Hesham Abdul Wahab will be composing the soundtrack and background score, adding musical magic to this eagerly awaited project.
